Like so many photos, this was an accident. I was taking pictures of the magnolia blossoms. They are so huge and beautiful. When I pulled this one down closer, there was the bee, it was minding it's own business. The original thought was to take a picture of the bee on the flower. However, it chose to take off right as I took the shot. You can see the blur of the wings. I love it and I feel lucky to have been able to capture the moment.Thursday, June 3, 2010
The Bee
